Farm shop

In the Veranda farm shop, you can buy everything that is freshly harvested from the fields at Guntrams Estate and processed in the fine dairy.

There is always something new to discover and taste. Some specialities are processed in small quantities and therefore sell out quickly.

Freshly harvested organic vegetables and organic salads are offered in the AB HOF BOX of the Veranda farm shop.

In spring, for example, radishes are very popular, especially the ‘Eiszapfen’ (icicle radishes), as are lettuces, spinach leaves, rocket and rarities from the imposing citrus trees of the Guntrams orangery.

Seasonal vegetables and salads are also harvested in summer, autumn and winter. ‘Offers & News’ provides information about the available varieties.

Every Friday, fresh bread is baked from our own sourdough culture, either from ancient grains or a rye-wheat mixture.

In addition to naturally cloudy single-variety apple juices and rare wild fruit jams, fruity jelly cubes from various fruits are also on offer.

Aromatic teas are made from wild herbs and flowers from the estate. The lemon bitter syrup made from citrus fruits from the orangery is also very popular.

Eggs are always available when the Guntrams organic hens are in a laying mood.

The veranda offers a wine bar with excellent wines from Austria, Italy and Bordeaux to savour.
