Nature hotel
Gut Guntrams is a small organic farm in the south of the capital Vienna. Its magnificent orchards and ancient trees are just as impressive as the view of the panorama of the Vienna Alps.
Guests at Gut Guntrams stay in architecturally esceptional hotel buildings that blend harmoniously into the paradise-like garden landscape of the retreat. There is a choice of
- the chic Flora guest house with six cosy rooms at ground level and on the first floor,
- the traditional Villa Tranquillini with three fully equipped flats offering a relaxing holiday in the countryside,
- three designer suites made of solid wood, called lofts, which seem to float above the orchards.
The overnight price includes breakfast in the Veranda restaurant, access to the idyllic natural bathing pond and the crystal garden, which is well worth seeing, as well as parking spaces. Each guest unit also includes Illy espresso, special teas, a sweet surprise as a welcome gift and a lavender bag as a giveaway.
Flora
The charming Flora guest house offers six rooms with terraces, three rooms on the ground floor and three rooms with gabled ceiling on the first floor with a view of the natural garden. Each room is named after a flower. The design is practical, stylish and cosy. Heating and cooling is provided by heat pumps and the farm’s own solar power.
Villa
Villa Tranquillini is a country house built in the typical style of the region. It offers contemporary living comfort and has three flats with kitchens and spacious open-plan areas.
‘Apartment Emma’ and the smaller ‘Studio Steinfeld’ are south-facing, with a terrace and view of the orchards of Gut Guntrams, while ‘Apartment Rüdiger’ offers a view of Viennese Alps from a private meadow. The largest of the three units has a double bed, an extra room with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a cosy veranda.
Lofts
The garden lofts are three extraordinary designer suites made of solid wood and furnished to a very high standard: The lofts called Linde and Marille seem to hover above the orchards and grapevines of Gut Guntrams, the garden loft Eiche is built for guests who cannot or do not want to climb stairs.
The spacious lofts boast high, bright rooms and sunny loggias. At ground level, each loft has a private sunbathing area with a granite bathtub and open-air shower.
Honesty Bar
A small but fine Honesty Bar is located near the Veranda restaurant at Guntrams Estate. It is open to house guests at all times. It serves good drinks, snacks and home-made delicacies. Hot meals are also available by prior arrangement. We wish you a good appetite!
The Veranda wine bar offers a selection of high-quality wines from Austria, Italy and Bordeaux. You can find the drinks and wine list under Offers and News. We are happy to prepare special wines in the Honesty Bar for you to enjoy in your room.
A rich breakfast is served in the Veranda restaurant on weekdays from 7.15 am to 10 am (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 8 am to 11 am). We are happy to fulfil special requests!
Natural bathing pond
Relax and unwind in nature rich in species.
A marvellous natural pond is available exclusively for hotel guests at Gut Guntrams. Here you can relax privately at the edge of a small forest and with a view of the organically cultivated orchards. You don’t even have to go swimming (although that’s a very good pleasure too).
