Hovering designer lofts
The Gut Guntrams lofts are three architecturally exceptional designer suites made of solid wood that seem to hover above the orchards and vineyards of Gut Guntrams.
Each of the three buildings boasts high, bright rooms, sunny loggias and around 60 square metres of living space. At ground level, each garden loft has a sunbathing lawn with granite bathtub and open-air shower.
The overnight price includes breakfast in the Veranda restaurant, access to the idyllic natural bathing pond and the crystal garden, which is well worth seeing, as well as parking spaces.
Each guest unit also includes Illy espresso, special teas, a sweet surprise as a welcome gift and a lavender bag as a give-away.
There is a small but excellent Honesty Bar near the Veranda restaurant at Gut Guntrams, which is open to house guests at all times. It serves good drinks, snacks and home-made delicacies. Hot meals are also available by prior arrangement. We wish you a good appetite!
The Veranda wine bar offers a selection of high-quality wines from Austria, Italy and Bordeaux. You can find the drinks and wine list under Offers and News. We are happy to prepare special bottles of wine for you in the Honesty Bar.
Check-in: 4 pm, check-out: 11 am.
Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 7:15 am to 10:00 am, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 8:00 am to 11:00 am in the Veranda restaurant.
Garden loft Linde (Linden tree)
The ‘Linde’ garden loft is a 58 square metre modern structure made of cosy solid wood that seems to hover a good three metres above the orchards of Gut Guntrams and, like the neighbouring ‘Marille’ garden loft, can be reached via an elegant open staircase.
It consists of a modern-style living room with a floor-to-ceiling glass front that opens onto a south-facing loggia – the view of the organic farm and a mighty old lime tree is unique. The bedroom and bathroom offer a panoramic view of the Viennese Alps.
Two box-spring beds ensure the best sleeping comfort. The bathroom has a double washbasin with plenty of storage compartments, a large shower and a separate WC.
The three rooms are cooled or heated via the floor and a gentle ventilation system, depending on the season.
Tip: An additional bed can be opened up in the living area with a flick of the wrist. This makes the garden loft suitable for up to four people. Pets are not permitted in the Gartenloft Linde.

Garden loft Marille (Apricot)
The ‘Marille’ garden loft is a 57 square metre modern building made of cosy solid wood that seems to hover a good three metres above the orchards of Gut Guntrams and, like the neighbouring ‘Linde’ garden loft, is accessible via an elegant open staircase.
It consists of a modern-style living room with a floor-to-ceiling glass front that opens onto a south-facing loggia and offers beautiful views of the estate’s apricot garden. The bedroom and bathroom offer a panoramic view of the Viennese Alps. Two box-spring beds ensure the best sleeping comfort, the bathroom has a double washbasin with plenty of storage compartments, a large shower and a separate WC.
The furnishings are elegant in the style of a modern designer suite. The three rooms are cooled or heated via the floor and a gentle ventilation system, depending on the season.
An additional bed in the living room can be opened up in one easy step. This makes the garden loft suitable for up to four people. Pets are not permitted in the Marille garden loft.

Garden loft Eiche (Oak)
At 66 square metres, the ‘Eiche’ is the largest of the three garden lofts. Like the ‘Linde’ and the ‘Marille’, it is built from cosy solid wood. People who do not want to (or cannot) climb stairs can reach the ‘Eiche’ via a small ramp.
Unlike the ‘Linde’ and ‘Marille’ garden lofts, the ‘Eiche’ consists of a single large room; it is divided into three areas in the centre by a striking piece of furniture. The three-and-a-half metre high ceiling is particularly impressive here.
The living room is elegantly furnished with designer furniture in dark leather, the floor-to-ceiling glass front opens onto a loggia with a view of a huge old oak tree, the landmark of Guntrams Estate. Large box-spring beds ensure the best sleeping comfort, the bathroom has a double washbasin with plenty of storage compartments, shower and separate WC.
The loft is cooled or heated via the floor and a gentle ventilation system, depending on the season.

Natural bathing pond
Relax and unwind in nature rich in species.
A marvellous natural pond is available exclusively for hotel guests at Gut Guntrams. Here you can relax privately at the edge of a small forest and with a view of the organically cultivated orchard. You don’t even have to go swimming (although that’s a very good pleasure too).
